Fighting Fitness!

Fighting Fitness Performance Center is a small personal fitness facility located in Orange, Connecticut @ 367 Boston Post Rd.

Our goal is to celebrate the action, fun and excitement of the boxing and kick boxing world and to create a personalized work out regime to reshape your body and mind like you've never imagined!
Whether you want to become a recreational boxer, a competitive boxer or are a martial arts enthusiast, Fighting Fitness is your source for instruction, events and merchandise to help you explore these proud fighting traditions.
So, keep your hands up and your chin down! When the bell sounds you will start your journey towards better physical fitness, greater self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment that you won't find on your gym's treadmill!
We offer small group exercise classes of typically 8-12 participants.
All of our classes are appropriate for any fitness level, even if you have never exercised.
We are not a "Boot Camp" type facility, meaning that if you can't keep up we won't jump in your face and start screaming.
Our thoughts on training is that we know you will get there and we are here to help you.
Simply stated our mission is to make you get the results you want.

Fighting Fitness: Think fitness boxing.
Where you are trained by a Certified U.S. Olympic Boxing Coach and Certified U.S.A. Boxing Coaches.
We teach you the same combinations the same way we teach Boxers.
Women love these classes and say they "Feel empowered".

Interval Training and:
What is Interval Training?

Possibly one of the oldest and greatest exercise tools known to modern man.
The And is well, whatever:Kettlebells, Bodyweight training, Medicine balls, Dumbbells, Sandbags, Iron bands and several other helpful tools including onsite equipment for your use if you would like that added to your program.
Pilates: A combination of pilates, yoga and interval training. You will perspire a wee bit but if you prefer a gentler workout but want a WORKOUT none the less then this is perfect for you. 

Of course we also offer Personal Fitness Coaching!
Boxing or more "traditional" training is available on both small group or on a 1-1 basis.
The small group or "semi private" option is very affordable and you tend to reach your personal goals faster when you are training with friends.
We also are willing to come to your home or office. We will bring all the needed tools to you and will even help you utilize your own "home gym" to its full potential.
